Dr. Malan’s Expert Opinion

Jul 8th, 2010 by admin

We love BeautiFill and BeautiFill X, the Natural Breast and Stem Cell Breast Augmentation, but fat can also be used to enhance other body features. Cosmetic Surgeons can now remove viable, intact fat cells during liposuction, finally making it simple to transfer and inject the fat into your buttock, hands and face. You can rejuvenate your body naturally with minimal fat needed.

Recently, the surprising cosmetic transformation of 24 year old superstar Megan Fox has received a great deal of attention. The press was questioning many aspects of the starlets new look, one being if she used fat as a facial filler.  When done by a properly trained and experienced cosmetic surgeon fat can be used to add a subtle fullness to your cheeks, creating a more youthful and full look.

When celebrity focused In Touch Weekly magazine dished about the surprising cosmetic transformation of this Hollywood “It” girl, they called on Dr. Malan for his expert opinion.  Read what Dr. Malan had to say in the July 5, 2010 issue of In Touch Weekly.

Megan’s Extreme Makeover

She is known as one of the most beautiful stars in Hollywood.  But at the June 17 premiere of her new movie, Jonah Hex, Megan Fox’s shocking new look got people talking – for all the wrong reasons.  Mediata.keout.com’s headline screamed, “Megan Fox destroys her face,” while U.K. newspaper The Sun called her features “mask-like.”  The intense scrutiny has become a nightmare for the already insecure 24-year-old Transformers star, says an insider, adding, “Megan pretty much values her looks above everything else.”

She claims she’s all natural

Megan and her rep both deny she’s had any plastic surgery, but plastic surgeon Dr. Todd K. Malan, founder of the Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center in Arizona, believes otherwise.  He tells In Touch that the change in Megan’s face from a classic heart shape to a square shape is a sign she’s had too much work done.  “Megan had undergone a significant transformation,” he says.  “I think that she used fillers to plump her lips and large amounts of fillers or fat to broaden her cheekbones.  She’s also likely had Botox to soften her forehead, or a well-done min brow-lift.”
